Return Policy
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 15 days
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
